Welcome to the CMVM's website, which is one of our most important means of ensuring the efficiency, equity, safety and transparency of the securities markets.
In these pages, you will find useful information concerning the CMVM's functions, particularly in the areas of supervision, regulation, cooperation and promotion of the markets.
We do, however, have one top priority: the protection of investors.
It is our goal that all those who use their savings to finance economical activity may do so in a safe and informed fashion, having all the information they need as regards their rights and duties. The Investor Assistance Service is, therefore, a major accomplishment for us.
