CMVM projects with financial support from the European Union
The CMVM has an extensive Transformation Programme underway that aims to leverage its role as a regulatory and supervisory body. The transformation initiative is partly supported by community funds granted by the European Social Fund under the 'Improvement of processes, mechanisms and information to support the activity of supervision and regulation of the securities market'.
Community funding will be used to review the information governance model and policies, optimise the quality of information and adapt the systems and information architecture, reinforce tools available to the supervisor, review the relationship model with the market, investors and citizens and information sharing, integrated operation and change management.
