CMVM issues warning for investors concerning Cimovelpark

The CMVM (Portuguese Securities Market Commission)
issues a warning for investors concerning Cimovelpark,
with the website https://pt.cimovelpark.com/ which is not
authorised to carry out any type of financial intermediation activity in
Portugal, under article 295 (1) (a) and b) of the Portuguese Securities Code.
The CMVM clarifies that this entity is not legally qualified to carry out advertising or prospecting for clients aimed into financial contracts.
This entity is also not authorised by the CMVM for the
management and marketing of collective investment undertakings under the
General Framework for Collective Investment Undertakings.
The CMVM clarifies that such entity contrary to what
have been disclosed, has no relation with authorised fund “Cimóvel – Fundo de
Investimento Imobiliário Fechado”, nor with INTERFUNDOS – Sociedade
Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A, which are not
subject of this warning or, in any way, intended by it.
