Reunião-conferência OCDE/MENA: "Policy options to achieve sound corporate governance for competitiveness"

A CMVM e a OCDE promoveram nos dias 4 e 5 de Julho, em Lisboa, uma reunião-conferência do grupo de trabalho sobre o Governo das Sociedades da OCDE / MENA (Middle East and North Africa), sob o tema “Policy options to achieve sound corporate governance for competitiveness”. O encontro debateu múltiplas dimensões do governo das sociedades na região MENA, à luz das melhores práticas da OCDE, e reuniu em Lisboa académicos, e representantes de empresas, governos e reguladores de mais de uma dezena de países. O caso português esteve em destaque.
