The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR), wherein Portugal is represented by the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM), submitted a Work Programme on MiFID for consultation.

This programme's aim is to increase the consistency and harmonisation of practices among the supervisors and allow the market players to identify the areas which are in need of additional harmonisation and clarification measures.
