ESMA Consultation Paper: ESMA‘s Guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS Issues
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), wherein Portugal is represented by the CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários), submitted for consultation a document relating to the ESMA‘s Guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS Issues.
Comments may be submitted to ESMA via its website (www.esma.europa.eu) in the 'Your input> Consultations'.
Available for consultation from 30 January until 30 March 2012.
