Pursuant to Article 6 of the relevant Statutes (approved by Decree-Law No. 5/2015 of 8 January) and Article 41 of the Framework-Law of the Regulating Entities, approved by Law No. 67/2013 of 28 August, the CMVM submits for public consultation the above mentioned draft regulation.

The current consultation paper is published on the internet, on the institutional site and the CMVM bulletin.

Deadline for comments and suggestions is 30 working days as from 16 October 2017 and ends on 27 November 2017 (inclusive) pursuant to Article 87 of the APC. Said deadline is not extendable as per Article 88/5 of the APC.

Comments and suggestions may be sent in writing to the following addresses:

b) Rua Laura Alves, 4, PO Box 14258, 1064-003 Lisboa.

The case reference number mentioned above shall always be included.
