The CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários) has taken cognizance of the fact that the entity with the name FOREX PLACE LTD, at 11-15 Betterton Street, Convent Garden, London WC2H 9 BP, UK has the following website www.4xp.com. This site offers brokerage services in the field of financial instruments, including the marketing of securities investment funds and trading in financial instruments through an electronic platform, namely Metatrader 4.

The said entity is not authorised to provide financial intermediation services in financial instruments in Portugal.

The CMVM warns investors not to establish any contractual relationship or hand over any monies to persons who claim to be representatives of entities that are not authorised to provide investment services in financial instruments.
