The Registration Dossier is aimed at clarifying procedures and indicating the documents necessary for registration with the CMVM or authorisation for commencing an activity.
The pages which constitute this Registration Dossier are being updated, in order to express the most recent legislative and regulatory amendments, namely, that concerning the MiFID transposition and the simplification of the CMVM’s formal procedures. The information currently available merely indicates the necessary information for instituting proceedings, which, nevertheless, should wholly comply with the legislation in force.
